Leonardo Dalla Costa is an associate lawyer and member of the firm’s Infrastructure & Regulatory and Arbitration & ADR departments. Leonardo focuses on the field of public procurement, especially providing legal advice regarding bidding procedures, procurement contracts, public-private partnerships (PPPs) and public concessions. He is mainly focused on litigation, both in the administrative and judicial spheres. He is also active in infrastructure and regulatory projects, especially in the urban mobility sector, public lighting and electric power sector, including works in the regulatory area regarding the electric power sector.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in law from UFPR.
- Currently pursuing a specialization in Energy Law.

- Member of the Energy Committee of OAB-PR.
- Coordinator of the Student Center of Administrative Law at UFPR (NUDDA).
