Vanessa Travensoli Bona is an associate and member of the firm’s Infrastructure and Regulatory department. With an intense practice in the field of procurement contracts, she stands out for providing legal advice on bidding procedures, public service concession contracts and public-private partnerships (PPPs). In addition to her experience in regulatory demands, she provides both advisory and litigation services involving infrastructure projects. Vanessa also has experience in the sanitation sector, advising public service concessionaires. She also works in the area of administrative sanctions law, with experience in administrative misconduct actions and Accounting Courts.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in law from PUC/PR.
- Specialization in Administrative Law from the Romeu Felipe Bacellar Institute of Law.
- Specialization in Civil Procedural Law from the Romeu Felipe Bacellar Institute of Law.
ACTIVITIES
- Full member of the Committee on Public Management and Control of the Administration of the Brazilian Bar Association of Paraná, OAB/PR. (2019 – now).
