José Augusto Amaral Patruni Filho is an associate at the firm and is part of the Infrastructure and Regulatory department. José Augusto’s practice focuses on administrative contracts, with particular emphasis on legal advice on tender procedures, administrative contracts, public-private partnerships (PPPs), public concessions and contracts with the third sector. He acts mainly in litigation, both administrative and judicial, as well as assisting with infrastructure and regulatory projects.
