Rafaela Gehlen Braz is the Chief Financial Officer of the firm. Rafaela has experience in the financial and legal areas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law, and since 2018 she has been heading the Financial Department. Rafaela is responsible for implementing controls, creating managerial reports to support decision-making processes, in addition to budget, accounting, and financial control.

- Bachelor’s degree in law from the Positivo University.
- “Financial Administration” Program at Insper Education and Research Institute (ongoing).
- Specialization in Procedural Law from PUC-MG (ongoing).
