Olavo Leite Neto is a partner and head of the firm’s Tax department. Olavo has recognized experience in tax litigation and consultancy, having worked on strategic litigations before Administrative Courts, State Courts, Federal Regional Courts, Superior Court of Justice (STJ), and the Federal Supreme Court (STF). His practice comprises consulting services, including tax incentives, and tax planning. He works with companies in all economic sectors and advises business entities, especially those dedicated to representing the wholesale trade and distribution sectors.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in law from UERJ.
- Specialization in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET-SP).
- Master’s degree in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET-SP).

- Chairman of the Administrative Law Committee of OAB-RJ.
- Member of the Tax Law Committee of OAB-RJ.
