BIO

Gabriella Moraes de Matos is a partner in the Corporate, M&A, and Business department. She has extensive experience in claims involving property and real estate law, especial in real estate regularization, real estate contracts and estate planning, having worked directly on the regularization of land for large projects, such as industrial districts, and on the regularization of real estate for the installation of mining pipelines and transmission lines. Gabriella also plays a significant role in the firm’s strategic civil litigation.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in law from UFRJ.
MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Fluminense Federal University (UFF).
Specialization in Real Estate Law from PUC-RJ.
